POLICE INVESTIGATING SHOOTING INCIDENT IN OLD ROAD
Basseterre, St. Kitts, November 20, 2016 (RSCNPF): The Violent Crimes Unit (VCU) and officers of Police Division “B” are investigating a shooting incident in the Old Road area.
The shooting occurred at around 6.50 pm on Sunday (November 20).
Initial investigations revealed that Jermaine Browne, a 30 year old male resident of Sandy Point was shot by an unknown assailant while walking in the area of the Catholic Church.
He was taken to the Joseph N. France General Hospital for treatment.
The scene was processed by the Crime Scene Unit.
Police seeks the assistance on any person who may have seen this incident. Anyone with information is asked to call any Police Station or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477 (TIPS)
