As the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Program Manager, Tamara will oversee the entire CBI application process for Naseba’s clients and lead workshops creating awareness of Naseba’s CBI initiative.
“Tamara is experienced in Kittian investments as also highly familiar with Arab culture and, as such will be uniquely positioned to educate and guide our clients through the translation and preparation of their documents. Tamara joins Naseba from the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program Unit (SKN CBI) located in Basseterre, St. Kitts. Established in 1984, it is the most qualified program of its kind in the world and grants SKN passport holders visa-free access to more than 150 countries, including the United Kingdom and member countries of the European Union.
Her wealth of experience within the Industry, includes five years as Verification Manager responsible for quality control of CBI applications. During her tenure at SKN CBI, Tamara managed and worked alongside the integration team of the Unit’s newly automated Citizenship Application Management System (CAMS), spearheading their customer service help desk and assisting with the branding and relaunch of Citizenship 2.0 – SKN CBI’s new platinum approach to application management.

Naseba is the region’s leading international deal facilitation firm, with more than 15 years’ of experience in Investor Services. Its newly launched CBI program, in partnership with the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis, offers citizenship to investment clients – including such official documentation as passports – through the real estate investment option Tamarind Cove Marina Development (TCMD).
TCMD to be managed by a 5* operator with the first marina of its kind being built on the island of Nevis. The resort offers premium privileges with preferred access to the private member’s yacht club in addition to oceanfront gourmet dining.
Naseba is confident Tamara will play a vital role in providing the best solutions for its investor clients.
As a Kittitian, Tamara has witnessed first-hand the positive and visible impact of inbound foreign direct investment (FDI) and has a deep understanding of the economic impact of such transactions.
The creation of jobs through construction and the tourism and hospitality sector provides longer lasting benefits for Kittitians and Nevisians and Tamara feels that, with the development of more hotel and condominium projects, other service-based employment sectors will flourish, supporting the creation of even more employment opportunities.
