Brooklyn, New York (August 6th 2015):- Perseverance was the story last Sunday, as St. Kitts & Nevis leapfrogged from third place to first in the eastern zone of the New York Caribbean Football Cup at the Thomas Jefferson Sports Complex in Brooklyn. St. Kitts – Nevis drubbed Dominica 4-0 on Sunday in week 11, the final week of preliminary action.
Team St.Kitts-Nevis is led by Orlanda Ack Mitcham who along with Alister Poodle Warner are the Team’s leading goal scorers with 2 goals each thus far in the tournament. Other Goal scorers for team SKN have been Kassal Greene, Jolston Wattley, Donroy Liburd and Joeski Williams .
St.Kitts-Nevis has yet to lose a game with 4 wins and a Tied game. They now sit firmly on top of the Eastern Conference ahead of Haiti, Jamaica, Guyana and Panama.
