Barbados’ Ramon Gittens and St.Kitts-Nevis’ Antoine Adams secured their first ever Senior International Meet Medals when they copped the Silver and Bronze medals respectively at the 2015 PANAM Games in Toronto.
The 28-year-old Gittens duly delivered Barbados’ second sprint medal at this level after running a gutsy 10.07 seconds in the highly competitive final. While St.Kitts-Nevis’ Adams copped the bronze medal with a finals time of 10.09 seconds in the highly competitive contest.
Adams’s countryman the Legend Kim Collins holds the PANAM Games record in this event.
