Basseterre, St.Kitts (July 2nd 2017):- Prime Minister Dr. Hon. Timothy Harris was joined by  cabinet colleague  Hon. Eugene Hamilton and Senator Hon Akila Nisbett Byron at the montly National Prime Minister’s Health Walk. The event drew scores of persons who participated in what is a much anticipated monthly event staged and hosted by the Prime Minister . The walk began at the St.Peters Community Center and ended on the Timothy Beach Lawn on Frigate Bay .

The monthly Health Walk is a part of Prime Minister  Harris and Team UNITY’s Healthy Nation Agenda where the new TU Administration led by PM Harris along with Hon Eugene Hamilton and Hon Wendy Phipps have been promoting and developing programmes which seek to encourage healthy lifestyles among our people and thus lessen the prevalence of NCDs Non Communicable Diseases . NCDs are the leading cause of death and illnesses in our federation .
