St. Barths, St. Martin, St. Eustatius and Saba will reopen after our annual, seasonal closure.
There have been a number of very positive developments taking place at Kittitian Hill and I would like to take this opportunity to bring you up to date on them. When Kittitian Hill reopens in December 2016, we will have;
· All 84 Guesthouses (Cottages) shall be completed and COO certified, with 47 guesthouses being placed into hotel inventory.
· The Farmhouse (Cottage Suite 36); Our beautiful four bedroom “Presidential Suite” will be open and also be available for events such as weddings and group meetings.
· All of our 14 Villas in phase 1 shall be completed and 6 of them will be in hotel inventory.
· The Village Suites are all sold out and constructed to roof.
· 90% of the Village Apartments are sold and all 11 Village Apartment buildings have started construction. By December 2016 most of the Village Apartment buildings will be finished to roof with an estimated completion and opening scheduled for the end of 2017.
When Belle Mont Farm reopens, it will offer a wide range of dining options and amenities for our owners and guests including;
· Irie Fields Golf Course- Our championship 18-hole golf course will be fully open. Designed by Ian Woosnam, Irie Fields Golf Course is the only Legacy Course certified by Golf Environment Orgainsation (GEO) in the world.
· Golden Lemon Beach Club – Just a ten-minute shuttle ride from Kittitian Hill is our beach club at the Golden Lemon. Spend the day at the beach lounging in style.
· The Kitchen – A restaurant in the Great House with stunning views of Mt. Liamuiga and the Caribbean Sea.
· The Farm Table– Our signature farm to table dining experience with renown Executive Chef, Christophe Letard. Have dinner in the middle of our organic vegetable farm with magnificent views of the surrounding islands.

The Mill Bar – Our sugar mill inspired bar with natural wines and Caribbean cocktails.
· Arthurs’ – A retro beach bar and restaurant set on the Golden Lemon Beach for relaxed all day dining and liming.
· The Pool Grille – Outdoor dining around the beautiful Great House pool.
· The Workshop – A world-class fitness center.
· The Spa – Our natural garden to wellness experience offers comprehensive personalized spa treatments, yoga and fitness training
· Tennis Courts – we have installed two all weather tennis courts for those who enjoy tennis.
