YOUNG MOTHER FROM YONKERS REMEMBERED FOLLOWING SUDDEN DEATH DURING ANTIGUA PARADE
YONKERS, New York (WABC) — A young mother from Yonkers is being remembered following her sudden death.
25-year-old Nikki Phillip was run over and crushed by a truck during a parade in Antigua. She and her son were there vacationing with relatives.
Family members are having trouble bringing her body back to the United States for burial, and they want a full investigation into her death.
Yonkers friends and families gathered to release star-shaped balloons in memory of Phillip.
