St. Kitts and Nevis’ Prime Minister, Dr. the Hon. Timothy Harris, accompanied by the Hon. Senator Wendy Phipps and Cabinet Secretary Mrs. Josephine Huggins were apart of the 80th birthday celebrations of the Federation’s first Prime Minister and only living National Hero, the Rt. Hon. Dr. Sir Kennedy Simmons on Tuesday 12th April, 2016.
