On May 26, 2014, the National Central Bureau (NCB) Basseterre, received formal notification of a “Red Notice” issued by INTERPOL for the arrest of a Mr. Biao Ren and Qunqun Zheng, Chinese Nationals wanted for allegations of forgery and fraud in China.
These individuals are also economic citizens of the Federation of St. Christopher and Nevis since 2013.
On Tuesday, May 30, 2017, they were detained for questioning by the Police in connection with the “Red Notice”.
They were interviewed and have been subsequently released pending further enquiries.
