Washington, USA (January 30th 2016):- On January 28, St.Kitts-Nevis Ambassador to the United States Her Excellency Dr. Thelma Phillip-Browne presented her letters of credence to the President of the United States of America Barack Obama. President Obama congratulated Ambassador Phillip-Browne on the occasion of her accreditation and expressed confidence that at the current junction of bilateral relations Ambassador Phillip-Browne will contribute to the further strengthening of the friendship between St.Kitts-Nevis and the United States.
Ambassador Phillip-Browne conveyed to President Obama the greetings and warm wishes of the Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris and the people of St,Kitts-Nevis.
The presentation of credentials is a traditional ceremony that marks the formal beginning of an Ambassador’s service in Washington.
