The strong St.Kitts-Nevis economy is set to result in another much anticipated development in the Basseterre City center.                  The Bay View Condos is set to be launched by summer 2019 after all necessary government approvals have been satisfied and granted. The Development is being undertaken by a group of St.Kitts-Nevis investors and will be totally financed and operated with local investment .

The Residential and Commercial development will feature some 38 commercial and residential units.  The development will significantly enhance the urban landscape of Basseterre, in particular in the Area of Newtown where the development will take place. The Site for the multi-milion dollar project is on the corner of the Bay Road and Brownbill Street.

Bay View Condo was   Designed by St.Kitts  architectural firm Brisbane, OGarro and Alvaranga and developed by a group of local investors. The new condominium development will be  the most talked about property in Basseterrre . Nearly 100 plus  jobs are  expected to be provided  during the construction stages with hundreds of employment opportunities being generated and created with the expected opening of new Businesses that will likely house the plethora of commercial spaces that will be provided by the development.
