Dr Ralph Gonslaves Led ULP Returned to Office for 4th Consecutive Term in St.Vincent and the Grenadines
The Unity Labour Party (ULP) of Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has formed government in St Vincent and the Grenadines for a fourth consecutive term. The party retained the eight seats it had going into the December 9 general elections, with the main opposition New Democratic Party (NDP) of Mr. Arnhim Eustace retaining their seven seats.
The ULP took home the North Windward, North Central Windward, South Central Windward, South Windward, East St George, West St George, Marriaqua and Central Leeward seats, with the NDP holding on to the East Kingstown, Central Kingstown, West Kingstown, South Leeward, North Leeward, Northern Grenadines and Southern Grenadines seats.
