Adding to its robust luxury hotel product, St. Kitts will be home to a new Ritz-Carlton resort in 2021.
The Marriott International-operated brand will open a 125-suite property with 25 branded villas and residences on the southeast peninsula, facing the Caribbean Sea. Amenities offered include a luxury spa, several swimming pools, indoor and outdoor dining facilities, and meeting space.
It’s one of three hotels in development on St. Kitts.
Marriott already operates the St. Kitts Marriott Resort further north in Frigate Bay. The hotel just completed a renovation, updating all 389 guestrooms and the lobby. Meanwhile, the anticipated Park Hyatt St. Kitts opened its doors late last year.
On sister-island Nevis, the Four Seasons resort will undergo a renonvation in April, including a redesign of all 196 guest rooms and suites. Four Seasons Resort Nevis will also refresh its Great House and lobby areas, as well as its food and beverage outlets.
