Two Charged For Possession Of Cocaine
Basseterre, St. Kitts, March 11, 2016, (RSCNPF): A stop and search in the Newtown area on Wednesday (March 9) has resulted in the arrest of two persons on drug related charges.

During the stop and search in the vicinity of the Newtown playing field, a vehicle driven by Elvis Thomas of Boone Avenue, Basseterre with one occupant Shenelle Isaac, of West Farms Village was stopped. Upon searching the vehicle, a quantity of 124 grams of cocaine was discovered. A small quantity of cannabis was also discovered.
Both were arrested, formally charged and cautioned. Thomas was charged for the offences of possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to supply.

Isaac is charged for the offences of possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to supply. She is also charged with possession of cannabis.
