Mark Brantley, Foreign Minister of Saint Kitts & Nevis and Premier of Nevis confirmed, during a meeting between citizenship by investment agents in Dubai this Monday, that local police have launched an investigation into allegations of the forgery of documents relating to the country’s CIP.
According to Caribbean News Now, Brantley told attendees that “Two evidence-based examples of forgery were brought to the government’s attention. These constitute less than 0.01 percent of the business handled annually by St Kitts and Nevis, yet we have taken the matter very seriously. The police has launched a full investigation, and it is our intention those responsible are brought to justice”.
