Basseterre, St. Kitts, May 26, 2018 (RSCNPF): Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident that occurred along the Island Main Road at about 8:20 p.m. on May 25, 2018.

 

Investigations so far have revealed that motor cycle RA 260, which is owned by St. Kitts Motor Cycle Rental Ltd. was being driven by 36-year-old Axel Mulley of Parsons Ground. The circumstances are that Mulley was traveling westwards towards Old Road. When he got into the area of the West Farm Ghaut, he lost control and collided into the wall of the Old Estate yard on the mountain side of the road.

 

When the Emergency Medical Service arrived at the scene, they found the motionless body of Mulley on the ground. The District Medical Doctor visited the scene and pronounced him dead. Police investigations into the matter are ongoing.
