LISTEN: Former Antigua and Barbuda Prime Minister Spencer Releases Statement on UN Bribery Scandal involving Former Diplomat John Ashe
Former Prime Minister and now leader of the Opposition United Progressive Party (UPP) of Antigua and Barbuda Dr. Hon. W. Baldwin Spencer has issued a statement regarding him and his party’s involvement in the John Ashe UN bribery scandal.
Dr. Spencer has admitted to receiving monies in aid of his UPP’s 2014 re-election campaign.
The Former PM Spencer has condemned the actions of Ashe .
