Hon. Mark Brantley, Minister for Foreign Affairs of St.Kitts and Nevis, Minister of Agriculture and Health, Hon. Eugene Hamilton and Minister in the Nevis Island Adminsitration Hon. Alexis Jeffers, at the invitation of the Government of the Republic of China, are currently in Taiwan from 21 to 25 August leading a delegation of key Senior Government .
During the stay in Taiwan, Hon. Brantley , Hon. Hamilton, Hon. Jeffers and officials will visit Vice President Chen, visit the Minister of Foreign Affairs Li Dawei, the Ministry of Education, the Executive Yuan Agricultural Committee, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Labor Department Labor Department of the Ministry of Labor, the Agricultural Research Institute of the Executive Yuan Agricultural Committee, and accept the Foreign Minister Li Dawei . The delegation will visit the Taipei General Hospital, visit the ten drums Zincheng Chong Park, Songshan Wensheng Park, and the Taijiang Ecological Culture Park and other textual facilities to understand China’s construction and development status.
Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of China and St. Christopher and Nevis since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1983, the two sides have been cooperating in various fields of agriculture, medical care, education, infrastructure, social planning and humanitarian assistance. In the future, On the basis of the spirit of “practical diplomacy” to promote more mutually beneficial cooperation, benefit the two peoples.
