Basseterre, St.Kitts (June 23^rd 2017):-The Horsford’s Group is again giving back to its Frequent Buyer Club or Valu Club shoppers for their continued patronage, specifically over the last quarter from March to May. Close to $250,000 plus in rebates have been made available to the Valu Club members for their patronage over the last 3 months.  This brings the total Frequent Buyer Valu Club customer rebates for the last 18 months to over $1.3 million.

 

Valu Club members gain their rewards or rebates through the accumulation of points by shopping  at any of the Horsford’s  Key Locations namely  Building Centre, Automotive Department, Furniture and Appliances Department, Value Mart Supermarkets (on both St. Kitts and Nevis) and the S. L. Horsford’s Nevis Centre . Valu Club Customers who made cash purchases at these key locations would receive – in rebates – a percentage of their total purchases for the period.

 

Rebates are paid quarterly in March, June, September and December.

 

Launched in  1997  the Horsford’s Valu Club Frequent Buyer Customer Loyalty programme is the first of its kind in the federation and one of the first in the region and remains the largest within St. Kitts and Nevis .

 

Over the 15 year period of the programme  customers have benefitted from well over $16 million  in rewards and  boasts of membership numbering in excess of 13,000.
