Both Conroy and Bernardini have proven records of excellence in resort real estate and yachting industries respectively.

Prior to joining Christophe Harbour, Conroy served as Vice President of Residential Sales and Marketing at Baha Mar, where she was responsible for designing and leading global sales & marketing strategies for bringing to market 284 multi-branded luxury hotel-residential units. She also spent six years with The Ritz Carlton on various projects through the Southeastern US and Caribbean. Conroy will be based at the company’s headquarters in Charleston, South Carolina. Cristina Bernardini brings more than 24 years of success in elevating brand presence through marketing, communications and public relations. Bernardini is well known in the yachting industry for her tenure as the Marketing, PR and Communications Manager at Perini Navi Group, the renowned Italian shipyard, where she developed marketing and communication strategies to develop the Group’s used business and maintain existing client relationships. As Christophe Harbour’s European Business Development Manager, Bernardini will develop and manage global strategic partnerships and leverage existing relationships to support sales and extend brand awareness within Europe.
