PM Harris and constituents in Phillips Village

 

 

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, (November 14, 2018) – On Tuesday afternoon, Prime Minister and Parliamentary Representative for Constituency #7, Dr. the Honourable Timothy Harris began visiting Constituents as the start of a 3 week series of  community walk-thur meet and greet events. The Prime Minister regularly conducts walk-thru’s of his constituency , however this series of walk-through’s would be special as the Parliamentary representative of the area will use the opportunity to thank constituents and residents for their unwavering support over the past 25 years.

 

The series of Constituency Walk-through and Greetings, commenced  in Phillip’s Village and is expected to continue on Wednesday November 14th in the Molineux area.

 

Speaking during Sunday’s service at the House of Deliverance New Testament Church of God in Tabernacle, Prime Minister Harris said it was important for him to use this time of celebration to reach out in a personal way to the people.

 

“In the end, politics is about doing the people’s business so we will reach out to them, we will go to listen, to hear and to see where we can help,” said Dr. Harris.

 

A total of four walk-through events will be held in the week of November 15-24, starting in Christ Church on Monday (November 19). The Prime Minister and his team will then go to Lodge Village on Tuesday (November 20), Lodge Project on Wednesday (November 21) and Ottley’s Village on Thursday (November 22).

 

Then, on Monday (November 26) there will be a Constituency Walk-through and Greetings in Mansion Village.

 

The final such event will be held in Tabernacle, the hometown of Prime Minister Harris. This takes place on Tuesday (November 27).
