HE Justin Kareem Hawley Presents Credentials
DUBAI, 5th October, 2016 — Director of the Office of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation in Dubai Abdulrahman Ghanem Al Mutaiwee has received the credentials of the Consul-General of Saint Kitts-Nevis in Dubai H.E Justin Kareem Hawley.
Welcoming Hawley in his office on the occasion, Al Mutaiwee commended the economic, trade and investment relations between the two friendly countries.
He wished him success in his new assignment.
Mr. Hawley joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2001 as a Foreign Service Officer. In 2006 he was appointed as a Trade Policy Analyst at the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Technical Mission to the WTO in Geneva and was involved in negotiations related to the Doha Development Agenda. He was also a Research Fellow at the CARICOM Office of Trade Negotiations and represented the Federation at numerous trade negotiations.
Mr. Hawley holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Science in International Relations from the London School of Economics in the United Kingdom.
