Basketball City, St.Kitts (April 3r 2016):-The RAMS Hitters will begin their Quest for a record 20th SKN National Basketball Title when they open the 2016 Season This Sunday April 3rd with a Big Match-Up against the defending Champions the St.Pauls Tuff Knots as the SKNABA Tips off thier Bigger, Better and More exciting season 2016.

The Hitters is easily the most successful team in SKNABA having won some 19 National Championships and a plethora of J-League Championships as well.
Led by Club Founder , Manager and Coach James “Barman” Hanley the Hitters has been one of the most consistent teams in SKNABA and is also the oldest Basketball Club in the St.Kitts-Nevis Amateur Basketball Association. The Club was born in the late 70’s as the Harmonites Hitters Basketball Club. The Club has won OECS and Leeward Islands Club Championships and remains up to now one of the most recognized Basketball Clubs in the region.
The Club’s Premier Team currently comprises of a mix of experience and youth.
The Team ended the regular season in 2015 in 4th Place but found themselves in the Finals where the lost to the champions St. Pauls Tuff Knots .
According to a recent Release the club is planning a Summer Coaching Clinic for boys and girls under 16, a tour to St. Martin and several other events to develop the team and honour past and present players.
The Club last won the National Tournament in 2010.
