More flying to St. Kitts and Nevis this winter from JFK and ATL

The FINANCIAL — Delta customers will have more ways to get to and from the eastern Caribbean islands of St. Kitts and Nevis this winter with new weekly service from Delta’s hub at New York-John F. Kennedy International Airport as well as increased seasonal frequencies from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

“As New York’s No. 1 airline, Delta is committed to providing a network that supports both business and leisure travel needs, while also offering our customers unmatched operational reliability and innovative products and services at the airport and onboard,” said Henry Kuykendall, Delta’s Vice President – New York. “This new service to St. Kitts bolsters our strong portfolio of Caribbean destinations from JFK and adds to our more than 500 daily departures from New York to points worldwide.”

Additional Atlanta service, augmenting existing seasonal Saturday and Wednesday service during the December holidays, will operate on Boeing 737-800 aircraft on Tuesdays beginning Jan. 9, 2018, through March 27, according to Delta.

“The launch of this additional service from Delta is very significant for St. Kitts and demonstrates confidence in our expanding tourism product by a key airlift partner,” said the Hon. Mr. Lindsay F.P. Grant, Minister of Tourism, International Trade, Industry and Commerce.
