ECCB Launches Weekly Public Education Podcast

As part of its new thrust to engage and foster a better relationship with the public, the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) will launch its weekly public education podcast dubbed: ECCB Connects on Wednesday, 6 April.

ECCB Connects is designed to give the public a better understanding of the role and functions of the ECCB and how the operations of the Bank affect the lives of the people of the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU). ECCB Connects also seeks to give the public a closer look at the ECCB; answer questions from the public about the work and structure of the Bank; and demonstrate how the ECCB contributes to the development of the people and countries it serves.

ECCB Connects will be available via the ECCB’s YouTube channel as well as podcast applications. New programmes will be released every Wednesday.  The first episode of ECCB Connects will feature newly appointed Governor, Timothy N. J. Antoine as he outlines his vision for the ECCB and the ECCU for the next five years.
