Basseterre, St.Kitts (Monday September 12th 2016):- Mr Les Khan was On Monday the 12 September officially named the Chief Executive Officer of the St.Kitts-Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit. The announcement was made at the National Conference of Service Providers and Developers for the Citizenship By Investment Program which took place at The Royal St Kitts Hotel.
The conference was formally opened by Prime Minister Dr. the Honourable Timothy Harris.
The conference provided the opportunity for delegates to hear about the new direction for the unit under its new CEO and to hear from the team. Other speakers include Dorietta Fraites from SKIPA on Property Valuation which is the science of calculating how much a property is worth using a registered property valuer. This is a key area to consider as it can highlight good investment opportunities as well as actions to take to increase a property’s value. SKIPA as an investment promotion agency will no doubt have much insight into this area as well as tools property valuations companies use. With the incorporation of technology, the rise of project management and related ppm software has become important in the said field. Maybe Fraites’ experience could come in handy for the attendees.

The Premier of Nevis and Senior Minister in the Federal Government, the Honourable Vance Amory, will deliver the closing remarks.
