AMbassador Tero signed many contracts in 2024 making him easily the most booked and travelled SKN Entertainer outside of Byron Messia in 2024.

In a year defined by unparalleled success and global recognition, His Excellency Ambassador DJ Tero has been named the 2024 SKN Times Person of the Year, a title befitting his meteoric rise as one of St. Kitts and Nevis’ most influential and recognizable personalities. His impact has transcended borders, earning him a spot alongside legends like Kim Collins and Byron Messia as a global ambassador for the Federation.

A GLOBAL FORCE

Ambassador Tero’s 2024 itinerary reads like the tour schedule of a true international icon. From Jamaica to Portugal, Ghana to Colombia, and New York to Tortola, his talent as a world-class DJ has electrified audiences across continents. Key destinations also included Miami, Punta Cana, Anguilla, Toronto, Antigua, and St. Maarten, cementing his reputation as a global cultural ambassador.

This year was marked by two standout events spearheaded by DJ Tero:

Summer Crush, the largest summer event of 2024.

Sunset Escape to Shanghai, a Carnival season highlight that set new attendance records outside of the St. Kitts Music Festival.

Reflecting on the overwhelming hometown support, Ambassador Tero shared, “The love and encouragement I’ve received from my people have been truly humbling. These events represent more than entertainment; they are celebrations of culture and community.”

Tero’s impact extended beyond performances. He led a Cultural DJ Workshop, an initiative aimed at nurturing emerging talents and helping peers refine their brands. “Sharing knowledge and fostering growth in the industry has been immensely rewarding,” he remarked.

Among Tero’s career milestones in 2024 was his participation in Toronto’s Dancehall vs. Soca Global Clash, where he represented Team Soca in a historic victory, their first in the competition’s five-year history.
