The St. Kitts People’s Labour Party (SKPLP) recently celebrated its 10th anniversary with a convention that left no doubt about the party’s strength, appeal, organisation and commitment to progress and unity. The convention served as a platform to showcase the SKPLP’s achievements, renew its purpose, and set the stage for an even brighter future. The convention, attended by hundreds of party members, supporters, residents and citizens from across St. Kitts, was a resounding success. It brought together individuals who shared a common vision for a stronger and more prosperous nation. Under the theme “Bigger, Better, Stronger Together,” the event exuded a sense of optimism and excitement. One of the key highlights of the convention was the re-energization of the party. Inspirational speeches and dynamic presentations from party leaders including the Dynamic, Charismatic Party Leader and Former Prime Minister Dr. Hon. Timothy Harris who infused renewed enthusiasm into the ranks. Dr. Harris along qith newly electwd Chairperson former Minister Wendy Phipps emphasized the importance of unity and collaboration to overcome challenges and achieve the party’s goals. The convention also served as a platform for the SKPLP to showcase its revitalized agenda. Party leaders outlined comprehensive plans to address key issues such as economic growth, social development, and environmental sustainability.
