The Ceremony begins at 12:30 Eastern Caribbean time in the following order:

1. Arrival of the CARICOM Heads of Government, who will be greeted by the Prime Minister of Jamaica, the CARICOM Chairman and Prime Minister of the Bahamas, and the CARICOM Secretary General
2. Arrival of the President of the United States and his introduction to the CARICOM Heads
3. Opening Statements by:

• The Prime Minister of Jamaica
• The CARICOM Chairman
• The President of the United States

The event should be finished by 1:30 Eastern Caribbean time.
