The St.Pauls was once again led by their Big Man Nosharn Maynard who was easily the best player for the tournament and dominated the boards along with brother Noren Maynard who dominated the paint and Clayton Powell who ran circles around the Falcons backcourt defenders.
Coach of Falcons Sean “Bucksy” was confident going into the tournament and promised a finals victory. However the Tuff Knots definitely had the edge throughout the tournament and the finals was no different.
Mr Charles Morton was on hand to present the Cash Prizes to the two finalist team. The St.Pauls Tuff Knots received $1000 while the Sandy Point Fruta Falcons copped $500.1610911_1134391286587055_4987382914346029134_n 10955642_1134391606587023_6220716802367924530_n

Buoyed by the success of the tournament the SKNABA has announced that similarm tournaments will be held during the course of the season.10409435_1134388973253953_2872065967384309125_n

  1. $1000 is an embarrassment to the sport, the young men and their efforts. This is 2015 and we can do better to promote sports. No team should win any less than $50,000 for all the hard work and personal expense to these games. The management needs to do more to get sponsors and provide better financial rewards for the teams participating and the winning teams and First second and third spots. This is simply not good enough!!!!!
