ST.KITTS: UNITY Queen Pageant Contestants Launched at first ever SEASIDE Fest

Eight of the Eleven expected contestants of the Team UNITY Anniversary  Independence Queen Pageant were revealed to the public at the weekend Team UNITY organized SEASIDE Fest in Frigate Bay on Sunday. Ladies representing the 8 constituencies on St.Kitts were introduced much to the delight of the hundreds at the first annual event.  Jascur Hobson (Constituency #1), Tahira Tyson (Constituency  #2), Clivette Nias (Constituency#3), Lakiehsa Webster (Constituency#4), Royiesha Demming (Constituency#5), Patricia Clarke (Constituency#6), Rolanda Abel (Consituency#7), Julisa David (Constituency#8) were all revealed on a hot but breezy afternoon. According to Chairperson of the Pageant’s organizing committee  the three girls representing the 3 constituencies in Nevis will be revealed as well at a later date.

The contestants appeared in swimwear and masks which added to the suspense and intrigue . After a brief routine the girls were introduced and masks revealed the 8 beauties. The Team UNITY Independence Pageant is scheduled for Saturday September 26th at Carnival Village. The event will form part of a week of activities to celebrate the anniversary of Team UNITY. Other activities for the anniversary celebration will include a Team UNITY Convention and Public Rally.

Also appearing at the SEASIDE FEST were Infamus, Delly Ranks, Sister Sensia. Mod Stoney and the Small Axe Band all of who gave spectacular performances. The event ended around 8pm when Mod Stoney brough the curtains down with his massive hit “How Ya Mean ?”
