Other Keynote speakers will include Mayor Quentin Hart of Waterloo, Iowa; Dr. Kit Evans Ford, an international peace activist, entrepreneur and world religions professor; and retired Army Col. Burl Randolph Jr.

A luncheon keynote address will be given by the Rev. Conrad Tillard, known as “the hip-hop minister.” Rev. Tillard’s work has been featured nationally in magazines and newspapers such as Savoy, Vibe, Source, Esquire, XXL, Essence, Ebony, Time, Newsweek, the New York Times, Washington Post, Philadelphia Inquirer and the Los Angeles Times.
