An Ontario court judge is currently considering if the amount demanded by Percival is reasonable for the NBA Star to  be forced to pay the mother of his two-year-old daughter.

Alana is a 25-year-old college student studying early childhood education who met Johnson several years ago and gave birth in September 2013 to his daughter, Amelia.

Percival says in court documents that she and the NBA Baller Johnson  lived together for 18 months. However  Johnson labeled the  relationship as , “was at best a ‘casual sexual relationship’ and that they were ‘not in a committed relationship at any time.’”

In October, an Ontario judge is expected to revisit a question that’s important to many millionaire professional athletes: how much child support should an athlete be forced to pay, considering their high salaries don’t last forever.

Percival is seeking child support of $50,000 a month.  According to her Lawyers  the amount is actually less than the $113,000 per month ($1.355 million per year) to which she is entitled.

Percival’s  proposed budget is approximately $84,000 per month, which yields an aggregate of yearly expenses in excess of $1 million,” says an Ontario Superior Court filing. “Plainly, this is a significant amount of money. Equally plainly, however, the respondent Johnson  is earning a very significant income, “  the court documents continued.

Alana is the daughter of  well known St.Kitts Golf Pro Zeke Percival and the Neice of Caribbean Boxing Legend Fighting Hunks

  1. Regardless of his salary asking for 50k a month is ridiculous, what does a child need monthly that would ever need that amount of money, the Judge should order that a certain amount of money be paid into an account for the child for her future education fees (not accessible to the mother until the court orders) and enough each month to feed and clothe the child…Greed is a terrible thing

  2. ^^^I agree. 50k a month is outrageous. That’s some people’s household income. Sounds to me like just another female trying to use her child as collateral. If she is awarded that exorbitant amount of money it should be kept in an account for their daughter.

  3. This lady has become a gold digger and a money hungry hoe!!!

  4. No child need that amount for child support unless is for college. Some women can be so bad when it comes to money, you don’t need that a month ,you was not even his girl friend ,it was just for sex and you got a baby out of it .shame on you don’t tell no one your are from St . Kitts if you were home no judge will give u that amount.

  5. Regardless to what any of you think that she is a gold digger I think she deserves it. Why should other children mother of these NBA players get more she is just asking for half. Please!

  6. She probably eats all the bread the neighbourhood bakery bake for a whole day for breakfast and drinks a 30,000 gallon tank of tea, plus drive three different cars a day every day.Technically any judge who awards that is sentencing the gentleman to jail in the near future when his career comes to an end and he no longer earns that kind of money.
