Ousted Ex-Prime Minister and now St.Kitts-Nevis  Opposition Leader Dr. Denzil Douglas had a judgement ruled in his favour in a matter that was brought which questioned his eligibility to sit in the National Assembly as a holder of a Diplomatic Passport of a foriegn country, namely Dominica.

In a brief statement issued by the Government’s legal team they stated “We respect the rulling of the courts and will appeal immediately. It’s not the first a High Court has disagreed with us and we have to go higher to obtain justice.”
