Miami &London, November 7, 2019:Virgin Holidays rolls out its acclaimed engaging and dynamic training development day ‘HEARTFELT GUEST CARE TO WELCOME THE WORLD’ in partnership with the St. Kitts Nevis Hotel & Tourism Association (SKNHTA) and the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Association Education Foundation (CHTAEF) at the Royal St. Kitts Hotel, Frigate Bay, St. Kitts November 9,11 & 12.

Over 65 Kittitian & Nevisian service professionals will attend this interactive personal development day to understand how different yet similar, all visitors and colleagues are, and gives tips and techniques to uplift the care and experience each person delivers every day. They join the over 530 certificated service professionals from Barbados, St. Lucia, Grenada & Tobago.

The St. Kitts & Nevis Hotel and Tourism Association (SKNHTA) is delighted that Virgin Holidays has chosen St. Kitts-Nevis as a destination for itstraining program, which the members clearly see as a way for their teams to access international guest-focused training that will serve as a booster before the high season. The Association is grateful to Royal St. Kitts Hotel for generously hosting this initiative.
